The customer service at both the front desk and management was outstanding. They were so kind and went above and beyond my expectations of what a welcoming staff consists of. They showered my kids with attention and made sure we had everything we needed. They really gave the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Convenient location right off 405 - it's easy to get anywhere on the Eastside or to head west to Seattle. The staff at this property is bar none - they are welcoming, upbeat and helpful and truly made the stay feel as though you're at a much higher-end hotel.

The breakfast was not very good. The breakfast burrito was just heated up and very gummy. The green stuff (avocado) was inedible. The coffee was good and the staff were friendly.
The room itself was clean and comfortable. Everything was well maintained. Very nice
