Clean!!!

We stayed for a dance competition. There was also some kinda basketball thing going on. There were lots of teen boys. They were very outta control running down hallways, yelling , slamming doors. This wen on Friday night prob till 12:30/1am. Then Saturday night same thing but i called downstairs to complain. The guy at desk was helpful said they hired a security detail because they had lots of complaints Friday night. He said he would send him up to our floor. The hotel its self was very clean. But there is absolutely no sound barriers, the doors are like paper thin. And for that reason probably would not stay again .

We were excited to stay here, however the pool area each time we went to go swim had dirty towels left everywhere, food on the ground along with filth and was disappointing for the reviews I read before choosing this hotel. The people staying next to us kept us up past midnight even after calls to the front desk. Nothing was done to help make up for the disturbance. The cleaning staff near the rooms were very pleasant though and the room itself was clean aside from some returnables we found on the shelf upon arrival. Convenient to have a little market area and shampoo in the room itself! Not sure our stay will permit us to come back to this specific venue, but do typically chose Marriott for their overall cleanliness and quality.

Front desk people not too kind, but it was Ok, nothing to complain, maybe a smile could change it.
