Must say that the security guard (Nick) was awesome! Very professional and hospitable in the two nights that we were in the lobby. The other person was the guy who was behind the food counter. We bought outside food in, sat in his zone and came over super polite and asked if we could eat on the other side.(which we did). I get it that he is trying to sell his food/ drinks but was very cool about. Thank especially to those two guys in making a fun trip.

This property was top notch in EVERY aspect, except for the pillows. Very Squishy, didn’t hold form.

Mediocre hotel. Breakfast over $40 for two, eggs bacon, potatoes. Got much better breakfasts and every other hotel and it was free. Fairfield, Holiday Inn Express, Comfort Inn. I'm done with this craphole.

Decent place to stay if you want to be near Boston or surrounding towns like Concord. You're not really near much, a bit out of the way, so best for those looking to save money by being willing to travel a bit to whatever you want to do. This was my second stay during travel for work during Harvard commencement week when hotel prices in the area are astronomical, and the savings were definitely worth it. The first time I didn't mind the location because of the onsite restaurant and relatively short drive to Concord. This time the "restaurant" only had a handful of items on a drastically reduced menu—not really an option for a real dinner. The rooms are decent, clean and fairly comfortable. Staff is helpful. If you're in the area during a more affordable time, I would stay somewhere else with a more convenient location, but if you want the savings, this place works!

We love everything about the hotel!! October 2026 will be our 3rd year staying here and our 4th stay we love it!
