I stay at this hotel all the time. It's great in every way. Condition. Professional staff. Never been disappointed. Just everything is great.

Unexpected charges to park. We are in Natick, not Boston, $10 to park a car is insane. The room I had (334), had a shower from the side wall. Not convenient at all, let alone the shower head was one you find in a camper. Water pressure was terrible (worst than a camper), and it was either luke warm or scalding hot. No happy in between.
