The room was comfortable. Overall it was a good stay.
Dissatisfied
I frequently stay at Courtyard. An important amenity that sways my decision to stay at Courtyard is the Bistro Bar. I usually arrive 7:45 8:15 pm looking foward to a glass of wine and a lite meal or appetizers. This was my 3rd stay at this location in the past 6 months. The major disappointment has been that each time, the Bistro Bar was closed by order of the manager because he/she felt there were not enough occupants to justify being open. I had to leave the site and go in search of my meal and wine. Just not acceptable. I highly doubt that I will be booking any future stays at this location since they aren't providing the expected and advertised ammenities.

My TV didn’t work. The front desk guy came to my room but he couldn’t fix it. He said they might give me a discount but they didn’t. The fire alarm went off at 9am Sunday morning. The fire department came and gave the all clear.

Excellent place to stay, I highly recommend recommend it. I chose to eat at a nearby Thai restaurant, excellent food there (forgot the name of it 🙄😅).
The breakfast at the hotel was ok; they do serve hot Starbucks coffee here any style you want.
Bed was very comfortable - i slept soundly in it, very comfortable and well appointed room.

Room was great, staff was very good, nice and pleasant. Only thing I wasn't impressed with was the quality of the food at breakfast especially with how expensive breakfast was. The lady at Starbucks did her job and was very nice. Definitely will stay again.

Rooms were great. Staff was wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast? Not so great. We had 3 adults and 6 kids eating breakfast. Kids meals were great. Avocado toast? Avocado was going bad, so not worth the $. The breakfast burrito was ok, but not good enough that I would buy it again. Absolutely will stay at here again.
