Overpriced and no amenities!
For a $300 a night hotel, the least one would expect was coffee in the morning and a continental breakfast. It appears that the 2nd floor is under renovation, discovered that when a handwritten note was taped over the "2" button on the elevator. Only used the elevator once as it didn't give a secure feeling. The blue "x" taped on level two when we used the stairway also gave a negative feeling, plus the stairwell needed a good vacuuming. The water in the bathroom sink was slightly more than a trickle. I don't usually fill out these reviews but feel that it is only fair to others to know what to expect when making a reservation!

My family and I had a nice and comfortable stay, I would definitely recommend. Not having breakfast included in their booking was a bit of a bummer, especially for my wife but otherwise it was a nice place and the staff were very good.

I enjoyed our stay. I was traveling alone with two kids for a last minute trip. Hotel felt safe. Room was clean and well appointed. All the staff we encountered was so kind. Everything we ended up needing was very close and convenient.
The only reason I wouldn't book again is if we found another hotel with a better pool area and hot tub.

Nice hotel. Nice rooms. Good location. The overwhelming negative was the very unpleasant person working the “bistro” counter. She did nothing but complain very loudly to herself and other guests about how “done” she was with the customer complaints about the broken espresso machine. She doesnt seem to understand that her attitude was the entire problem. She doesnt deserve to work in hospitality. Mary, for everyones sake, find a different job!

Very comfortable bed, clean, room stayed warm in extremely cold weather. Free parking near entry. Restaurants nearby - was so cooks we are at the bistro in the hotel. Food good but limited menu. Gluten free offering as well.
