Pleasant Stay with Great Staff
Overall, a solid choice for Danville. The staff were genuinely helpful and made the stay comfortable from check-in to check-out. The amenities were adequate for a short trip, and it was nice having the on-site bar and food options available without having to venture out. Nothing over the top, but everything you need for a comfortable, no-fuss stay. Would recommend for travelers looking for a reliable and convenient option in the area.

Staff was always friendly and helpful. Never showed an attitude when you asked questions. Hotel and rooms were clean and modern. I’ve stayed at this hotel at least 3 times and I’ve always had a pleasant stay. Would highly recommend it.

Appeared to be short staffed because the staff at the desk was irritated and one of them was rude. Rooms weren’t ready at check in. Then I was over charged for my room. Have not seen the refund yet. Overall dissatisfied but luckily was only there for one evening. Not what I was expecting out of Marriot.

Room was disgusting! Toilet was dirty and surfaces overall unclean upon checkin. I had to wipe and disinfect prior to being comfortable enough to stay in the room. The hotel was allegedly sold out so there were no other rooms. Front desk ladies are nice but it is not nearly worth the amount charged. I would like a refund.
