Very clean hotel and friendly staff.
Outstanding Hotel & Bistro
The rooms were excellent and clean. Everyone was extremely accommodating and kind. We ate three meals at the bistro and they were outstanding. We will stay there again whenever we're back in Wichita. I will definitely recommend to everyone.

The bathtub/shower drain was slow. Was standing in an inch of water! Lavatory sink is cracked. Carpet was stained. Electric outlets at bed lamps don’t work.

Ground level. Window with broken lock?! Pool out of use for service. Put in a handicap room which is great for those who need it but not accommodating to those who don’t. Uncrontrolable noise through the night from lobby and floor above. Bad pillows. Termites in room.

I visited Judy every night at the Bistro/Bar and she took great care of me. I really appreciate her hard work for as many years she has put in the company. If I ever come back to town, even if I don't stay here, I will go out of my way to come and say hello to her! Thanks Judy for your dedication to the company!

The only thing not great were the electrical outlets in my room. They would not hold a plug. They kept falling out. I called front desk. They did nothing.
