We had to evacuate for Altadena and like hundreds of other families, we found a warm, helpful welcome at the Courtyard Marriott Pasadena. We will always remember our safe stay as we monitored the news of the Eaton fire. Thank you.

We made a last minute reservation due to the fires. My stay was good.

This hotel was wonderful. Clean rooms, washer and dryers, hot tub, restaurant and bar on site. Staff was nice and accommodating and it is in a beautiful part of Pasadena. Stayed here several times for business travel and they always have everything I need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Thanks Courtyard Marriott. Love the new renovations! Hotel looks great!

My request for adjoining rooms was not honored. Also, check in process took way too long since all information was already on file. Still trying to get total of restaurant charges incurred during our stay.

Everyone was very professional and although we did not eat breakfast at the hotel it was very well done. Mahalo to everyone who makes this place work for all the guests.

Decided to stay at your property for the Rose Bowl game (once in a lifetime experience) Upon arrival we were given a room that did not have the corrrect accommodations for two adults. The new manager was apologetic for the mishap. Not only was she and her entire front desk staff extremely helpful in rectifying the situation in a very expedient manner but apologized again for the inconvenience (slight be it may) I was very impressed with her high level of customer service and warmth towards everyone I saw her interact with in the lobby area. It was nice to see her mentoring her young employees as well, preparing them for a successful future in the hospitality industry. five Stars for your new manager at the Marriott Courtyard Old Pasadena. Made a GREAT memorable weekend even better🙏.
