Clean, quiet, comfortable and well located hotel.

Facility was clean, staff was courteous, food was great.

Decided to stay at your property for the Rose Bowl game (once in a lifetime experience) Upon arrival we were given a room that did not have the corrrect accommodations for two adults. The new manager was apologetic for the mishap. Not only was she and her entire front desk staff extremely helpful in rectifying the situation in a very expedient manner but apologized again for the inconvenience (slight be it may) I was very impressed with her high level of customer service and warmth towards everyone I saw her interact with in the lobby area. It was nice to see her mentoring her young employees as well, preparing them for a successful future in the hospitality industry. five Stars for your new manager at the Marriott Courtyard Old Pasadena. Made a GREAT memorable weekend even better🙏.

Hotel was very nice. I was informed there’s construction going on, but never noticed it. Every staff member I came in contact with was very nice and helpful. Couldn’t be happier. Wish I could stay longer.

We appreciated staff moving an extra bed into our room. The desk personnel were helpful and very attentive.
