Very clean and quiet hotel.

Check in was easy and young woman at the front desk was extremely curious and helpful. Room was clean. All was great and would stay there again.

No hot water for 3 days. HVAC we couldn’t control in room 314. They said we could adjust it with the wall unit, but there was no was unit in that room. We were initially switch to that room because 319 had a leaking toilet & smelled like a basement. The hallways were musty, too. One of the elevators was also out of service. I was credited $50 per day for the water issue, but feel like more needs to be done. This was the worst stay ever for me & my family.
