Staff was accommodating to our needs for our older dog, adjusting our room close to the elevators. Bed was perfect for us, every aspect of the hotel was very clean.

Bathroom and towels smelled musty. Room in general could have been cleaner.

please apply credit locked room as was promised. i was locked inside the room and could not get out. Staff came up let me out and checked there was an issue with the door lock and stated he will give a credit on the bill this is for room 305

We have been there a few times and it is always wonderful. The staff is wonderful, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool and fitness center were great. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great well taken care of place. Only downer was no free breakfast.

Okay number one I wasn't offered free continental breakfast. Another thing you do not get a microwave in your room and I was there for three plus days. When I talk to the person at the desk and told him that we didn't have a microwave in our room he said oh really that's strange we can talk to somebody in the morning. Then we were informed that no rooms have a microwave it's a community microwave downstairs. And it was filthy, they had stuff all over the carpets and the elevators and the entryways. As we were leaving somebody was finally vacuuming them. And I had forgotten an item at the other Marriott in collegeville so I reached out to the front desk and then again it was the night manager front desk person whatever and he said just a moment but it took forever for him to understand that I had forgotten it and I needed it so he went to call the other hotel and then he got back to me and said the phones are down you're just going to have to try tomorrow. So I called that hotel they had it she had me leave a message with housekeeping. He was supposed to give back to me. I called 4 hours later and she says I thought I told you he wasn't going to be back until Thursday. She absolutely did not I'm leaving the state on Thursday. It was a joke and I will never stay with the Marriott again ever ever! Especially the one in Gettysburg they're not that friendly and they're extremely unhelpful!

The hotel and property is very nice. The building is modern and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

Helpful staff

No breakfast, no coffee, staff was cordial but not pleasant, room was clean but didnt smell fresh.
