Warm staff, clean rooms, lovely amenities.
Our family left the east side of LA during the recent fires. We were greeted by lovely and accommodating staff. They were so empathetic during our arrival. Our room was clean and if we needed extra towels or supplies, we were accommodated promptly. The grounds were also really wonderful. The pool area was beautiful. Often times a false claim by other hotels, the heated pool was truly warm and wonderful. Our in laws also rented a room with two new kitties, a great place if you have a pet and the pet friendly rooms are incredibly clean. We were 15 minutes from the ocean and close to other great diners and restaurants. We would definitely return if in the Carlsbad area in the future!

Staff and Hotel were excellent the pool towels were the size of a golf towel and on the second floor there was a big dip in the floor when you walked. But would stay there again as the staff were great!!!
