It was okay but I cannot recommend.
I have stayed at three different courtyard hotels in the past week and all have the same flaw which is why I can't recommend you hotel for anybody over 60 years old and it is because of the toilets in the rooms, they need to be taller with a grab bar.
Staff very helpful and very nice and rooms very clean.
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly. Would highly recommend as long as rates go back to normal Was very costly due to inauguration.

Great attentive staff and very accommodating. Not parking friendly but right off the redline subway. Clean area with a lot of local places to eat and shop.

The hotel was excellent and I would book a reservation there again. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

Very convenient location. Front end staff really friendly and helpful. The flavored water at the entrance was excellent, really good on warm days. Had breakfast once which was fast and good. they were lacking regular milk, but fixed that quickly. Cleaning crew was very good too. I was put in a connecting room, which I wished I would have been asked since I was traveling alone. Overall, would recommend the hotel. The area around is excellent. Noticed that the hotel was fixing the wall (or wall paper), that will help too.

recently had the misfortune of interacting with a rude and racist male staff member at the front desk during the night shift. His unhelpful demeanor and tendency to talk excessively made the experience unpleasant.
When I asked for my room number, he simply told me to look at the back of my card, without providing further assistance. While I appreciate the importance of maintaining guest privacy, I was unaware that my room number was printed on the card. This experience was particularly disappointing, given my family's positive history with Marriott. Fortunately, the female staff member working during the day was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Lovely hotel! Spacious, Modern and clean rooms, friendly staff, Starbucks on site and decent food options, and free fruit infused water and baked cookies after 5pm. Will stay here again.
