It was very hard to rate the hotel because it was under construction. Had I known that upfront, I would not have booked there unless the price was a little better, but it was standard pricing. The gentleman in the front that checked me in was amazing and friendly. The lady that was supposed to run Starbucks and the bar was sick so I didn't get to utilize any of those amenities. The room size is nice sized and the set up with the couch was a nice touch. I was on the construction side so my windows were covered up with plastic so I couldn't even see out and of course, there's the noise from the construction. Not complaining at all because I'm sure it will be lovely once it's completed. It would have been nice if they would've given a discount because of all this. The pricing was a little high for what was going on.

More attention could be paid to details like walls, corners, etc.

Rooms are large and spacious, really liked the walk-in shower as my husband is a fall risk and tubs are dangerous for him. We were both able to rest well. We were very pleased with the rooms. The staff was always very courteous and helpful. We had difficulty signing into the Wi-Fi network for each of our devices and they were VERY helpful with this.

The location was great since I had a clinic across the street. It is an older property and needs some touchups on paint, carpet. The decor was updated but it still needed some touches. The hallways are dark and need some better lighting. The areas where there were exits were pretty ratty. I was disappointed there wasn't any continental breakfast that was free, but it is a higher grade hotel. I did like the complementary newspaper.

The property was an average stay. Nothing spectacular about it. Things I did not like: bathroom area to small commode was made for a midget no way to leave a dim light on to manuever around the room at night

This was our 2nd time staying at this specific location in Waco and it was great! Always clean! The staff was very friendly! The breakfast had good choices and was delicious!!

The room was nice but we noticed the trash wasn’t taken out.
