Room was not ready at 5 pm and they said 10minutes.. it was an hour. Staff was nice and helpful. Disappointed that there were no shower caps, lotion, etc. Could have stayed at a best Western and at least gotten a free breakfast!

Staff unfriendly. Bed was not a queen. Could not fully open door. Could not open fridge door. Room was booked as “balcony view”. Room overlooked the lobby where screaming children were there daily from 6am on. And also looking at a brick wall. Room too small. Moldy shower. No complimentary water. Worse part connecting to a Virtual Agent and being transferred to more than 4 agents without being helped AT ALL. Will not ever book through Travelocity or Marriott again.

Not the best option, no complementary breakfast, dirty rooms with stained furniture, okay for the night but not the best overall. Outside of building is very deceiving.
