I love this Hotel! The location, staff and comfort are great!
Everyone is so friendly and accommodating! The bed is always cozy in my favorite room that is somehow Always Available for me. Couldn’t be happier about the location. It’s such a pleasure to be there.
Everything we needed was provided for us
Art at the front desk was outstanding, making sure we were comfortable when we arrived and checked in late at night.
Terrific
Thank you for taking great care of me and my friends during our stay!
Our Nashville stay!
Our stay was outstanding! The hotel, especially the room were immaculate! I also want to give a shout out to the evening desk clerk! He was friendly, helpful and very professional. We would stay again!

The shower head leaked loudly, the bedding smelled bad, the hand-held shower head sprayed water out ot the side of its hose, across the bathroom, the housekeeping staff failed to the check the level of the shower soap so there were two pumps left. When I checked out, the desk person could not be bothered to say one word to me.

The room was clean
The lobby is impressive
I didn't like that there was a charge to park on the premises so we parked on the street which worked out for the 2 nights we stayed. There was plenty parking spaces on the street. Breakfast is not included neither is complimentary tea.
