Great Hotel
We had a great stay. Loved the outdoor fireplace and all the indoor seating. My mom said the quesadilla from the Bistro was one of the best she's ever had. The staff is amazing, very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The gal who checked me in, Kate, was thorough and pleasant. The facility was nice. The bistro on the first floor, run by Michael, was also pleasant. A nice stay.

They do not do house keeping. No bed making no fresh towels even after 3 nights you have to ask. Spoke to the night time manager alls I heard were excuses of how hospitality has changed. Lazy and penny pinching.
The reality is if you stay more then one night your better off with separate reservations so you get a fresh room when you return from a day out.

Our room was dirty. Long silver hair on the floor all over the place. Spots on the chair and walls. It seemed that it was not cleaned before we arrived. When we tried to talk to someone about it they were always on the phone and didn't want to be bothered. The breakfast that was available with the coupon given to us at check in was very limited and not at all full meals. And we were questioned about where we got the coupon as if we had not be given it. Overall rude morning staff and not a clean room. Disappointing because we spent an extra $150 to stay there instead of the place closer to the event we were attending because we expected it to be a nicer/cleaner place to stay.

Nice place. The only negative comment has to go to the 10. per day parking junk fee!! It is absolutely ridiculous to charge guests to park a car!!!

The hotel was amazing and smelled like a 5-star property. It was probably one of the best-smelling hotels I have ever stayed at. The only issues I experienced were seeing a couple of ants in the bathroom throughout my stay, the sink water pressure was very low, and there was no hand soap bottle—only a bar of soap. Other than that, my stay was excellent.
