Great staff. Excellent breakfast crew…great oats. Accessible needs greatly appreciated and considered. Needs: shade cover ove kids play area. Too hot to enjoy, Loved the clean pool crew. Loved the ice cream supplier!

The dunes were great. Watched title hatchlings make their way from the nest to the ocean.

Location great & pool area great. Room size was good Downside a 2hr chill mini fridge only - not usual on a hot island vacation Bar area not kept very clean with lots of sticky frozen drinks spillage Bikes are great but could do with some maintenance

The only complaint is the bed sheets and shower curtain need replacing and the sink and tub didn’t drain properly but other than that, it was a wonderful stay

While the stay had some pros, we mostly had cons. Information presented on the welcome letter needs to be updated. It reads 8am to get umbrellas and chairs. He was not there. After going back to the front desk, a second time I was then told he comes at 9am. I had to ask if they could call and confirm if they were coming. Your information also states these items are complimentary. We actually are paying $15 for chairs and $15 for the umbrella. Pillows had no substance they were beyond soft. They really needed to be replaced. The facility charges a resort/destination fee daily, but our rooms are not cleaned daily, and towels area changed every third day. This did not happen. We had to go to the front desk for clean towels and discard the others ourselves. While on the beach we had persons set up for a wedding literally next to where were seated. The people next to us stated they would not be moving as they had paid to be there until 5pm. We understand they were prepping for wedding, but our relaxation was disturbed with hammering and discussions. The only pros were some friendly staff, the shuttle service, and a beautiful ocean view. I have stayed at other Bonvoy's and made my decision to stay at this location because of that. However, we were very disappointed. While I love and plan to return to Jekyll Island, I would be extremely hesitant to stay there.

2nd time staying and was a little disappointed. Pool wasn't very clean and there were dead little bugs in piles all over the pool area. No maintenance ever showed up to sweep up or clean up. First thing in the morning the outdoor tables in pool area were full of yesterdays leftover food and drink spills. Seems the area is never cleaned by staff, and made ready for the next day. The amount of money spent each night, only 1 reg coffee and 1 decaf in your room,along with no cleaning service. Forgot about this option until the next day at 3pm, when returning to our room to find yesterday's trash still there. They give $30 of credit to spend on the resort. Views are beautiful and the beach is quiet.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and the oceanfront view was absolutely amazing. On the first night, I had a few issues with the restaurant staff, but management handled the situation professionally by comping my meal, which I appreciated. After returning home, I noticed my credit card had been charged for the room even though it had already been paid for. I contacted the manager, who apologized and explained that the charge was made by a new employee who was still in training. He assured me that the charge would be credited back to my card. Despite the billing error, I appreciated the manager’s prompt response and willingness to resolve the issue.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The check in was seamless and the staff members were very helpful.
