We loved this hotel!
This was the perfect vacation spot for us. It is right on the beach and within comfortable walking distance to the Village. We really enjoyed the pool and work out room. We have already made plans to return next year!

Managed terrible. Never stay again nor would I recommend this property to anyone. If it is the fourth of July, as a manager I believe I could have done something for the guest, BBQ, DJ or band, pool stay open till Midnight. You did absolutely nothing and the breakfast arrangement for the Courtyard guest is next to nothing. If you are thinking about staying here, I would recommend looking elsewhere, there are places that actually do cater to there guest on this Island.

The hotel was wonderful. It was a very nice stay. The shuttle driver Liz was so kind and friendly just honestly a good heart person to talk to. The pool was amazing. The only issue was not getting towels for around the pool and when asking no one seemed to help but I used the ones from the room so it was fine. All in all it was a wonderful stay & would book with this hotel again.

It wasn’t awful. But I should have listened to the reviews. I thought I would give it a shot anyway. Paid the same as others and had a corner room. We could not open the window to see the view or all could see in. Broken Corn Hole. 1 towel for each person for two nights. M & M’s on the floor when we arrived to our room. Bed was awful. I never write bad reviews but this just ruined our weekend. Time and money wasted.

Jekyll Island is beautiful! This location isn’t old but it looks a little run down. It’s about 5 years and I remember when it first opened. It was sooo nice. Hopefully they can do some renovations soon!
The staff is great though. Brenda was there when it first opened and I go the chance to see her during my last stay. She’s sooo sweet!

I found a cockroach on the room and the door don't lock but i think for the money I paid was too much
