The staff and the airport Shuttle was the only positive experience the room was it was OK, but I but I had to go over it with Clorox wipes that did not look good after I went over everything I touched.

Shuttle driver was rude, in a conversation with his family members. When he opened the door and was talking I asked back what he was saying and he just said “not talking to you”.
At property only one person taking food and beverage orders and serving seated customers so you know I was standing there forever.
In the morning there was only cold water. Called downstairs. Their reply “did you turn it in the other direction?” It is a shower! Not orcjet science. Then she told me she would call somebody. I kept waiting then called back. Oh, boiler is broken and they are working on it. She did not even bother to call back to let me know not to wait. Insane.
