The placement of your armoire very awkward. It consumed the room. The entry door to the room was ridiculously heavy. As a senior citizen I found it to be almost impossible to enter.
Great stay and restaurant food was excellent t and our waitress was exceptional!
Over all greay.
Rooms are smaller than I would expect.
Staff was amazing, super helpful and kind, but the rooms specifically the bathrooms are tiny.
TV was pitiful.
The movie channels were never correct for the movie on that channel guide.
A/C mold and mildew.
The A/C had mold and mildew and my allergies became terrible the first night. We couldn't ask to change rooms because the Cloudstrike event happened the next morning. Also, when we walked in, we called to say the sink in the bathroom was a almost completely clogged and no one came to fix it. I would not stay here again.
Outstanding Staff & Service
Very impressed with Tequila. She remembered my name and was very helpful in all aspects of front desk applications. This lady deserves a raise!. Also James is one of the most outgoing individuals I have run into in a long time; very helpful with a sense of humor that compliments his helpful attitude. Another individual who deserves a raise!

Stayed here a couple times. Rooms are comfortable and reasonable. They do charge for parking but it's not outrageous, and I bet you could park on the street and save 12 bucks if you wanted to.
