Staff were excellent very warm and accommodating. We have stayed here before which was satisfactory. As of this stay, our roomlooks very old and probably in need of a good upgrade.

Not a clean bathroom. Walls in the shower were dirty and even had hair. I also booked a room with sofa bed and it said for 4. They got me a room with no bed sofa. I was too tired to complain it was 11pm from a long day and a flight. Bed pillows were stained. I just was expecting more from a Marriott. This is the only Marriott Hotel that I have stood that wasn’t clean. Thank God it didn’t smell.

My only complaint was that the hotel did not have rooms available other than on the first floor while my stay.
