The dining room and bar was closed for dinner, which was unexpected and disappointing
The room did not have a bathtub although the photo of the room online indicated there was one. It was a handicapped room (which I did not want) and yet the outer door was extremely difficult to open so I cannot imagine how someone in a wheelchair would be able to navigate it..
On the plus side, the greeting was warm and friendly, there were plenty of free muffins and they gave 2 free bottles of water when you arrived.
Overall it was a good experience with those few exceptions.

The mattresses were awfully stained.The toilet seat had rusty hinges that oozed on the toilet.The night staff at the coffee shop on 5/29/26 was very rude to my granddaughter.
