Front desk was wonderful. Sheets were wrinkled and pillows were lumpy. The mattresses gave us bad back pain for two days not comfortable at all. Rooms were way too small, but that is understandable because the building is older. No amenities in the bathroom. Yes you can order or call for the amenities, but not in the middle of the night when you first get there. They should already be in the bathroom for guests to use. Disappointed in the Marriott with this one, even though they have been there for a long time. I felt like they could at least make their guests comfortable and want to come back again.
