One of my best experiences. I would rate at 15 if I could 🤗.

My plane was late in arriving and I was tired and cranky. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and professional in spite of my crankiness and I was able to calm down. The room was beautiful, comfortable and sparkly clean. Beds were so comfortable that we both overslept! It was easily one of the best hotel stays I have ever had.

Charge for parking per night is ridiculous

Very clean and close to the airport.

I wasn't told that they charge $15 to park in there parking lot. My card was charged $15 plus taxes and the man that checked me in said it was for incidentals only. This is my only complaint.

We made a last minute reservation for a basketball tournament. Looking forward to some family and pool time. The pictures on the website do not correctly depict what the actual size and pool look like. And why is a pool in Phoenix heated? Anyhow, Our room was a very odd shape and set up. We chose a king sofa bed combo. Bed was very uncomfortable and hard. AC wasn’t working correctly and the toilet ran all night long. We could never get it to stop. We also found a used pair of contact lenses In shower. They were bright blue so idk how they were missed. The room was an odd set up almost like a dorm. With the sofa bed out there was no room to walk or sit in the chair. The fridge/microwave was in like a little weird cabinet in the corner that glowed all night long. Worst nights sleep I’ve had in awhile.

The room was very clean.

Great stay! I would only change one thing! I’d love a 4-4:30 shuttle since we typically take a 6 am flight.
