Very comfortable clean convenient hotel
This place was about five minutes from the Aquasox stadium, which is about two minutes off I 5. Very easy to get to, safe underground parking. Room looks newly done, great view of the water. Bar downstairs was very convenient with pretty good food, too! Breakfast available, although not free. Staff was friendly and helpful. We’d stay here again!

Spent the weekend for Hockey playoffs. Close to the Event Center and great room and staff.

I was there for a total of five days and only got maid service one of those days. I was out of my room by 10 AM every day and came back every night to the trash cans full and I also didn’t get fresh towels.
I used all of the coffee creamer the first day (there were two packets) and it was never refilled again, so I only had coffee the first morning.
I was not aware that the hotel is not in the best neighborhood (there were a lot of questionable characters standing by the front doors every night when I came back) and then to be expected to pay extra for parking in the garage was not appreciated.
I don’t think anyone should be expected to park out front at night and then be afraid to walk outside.

This is right across the street from one of the most amazing children’s museums I’ve ever been to. It’s also a short drive to the ferry launches. The parking is easy and safe, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and staff is super friendly.
