Noise, Noise, Noise.
Street noise, squirreling tires, unmuffled engines and auto racing in front of hotel all night long. It's not the hotels fault but they should insist local police put an end to it. If you must stay here, insist, No DEMAND, a room in the back of the hotel.

Great location near the Everett Historic Theater! Nice room! Friendly staff! Great food and drink options! SAFE underground parking is totally worth it! We will stay again.

Pretty dreadful no place open, menu very limited , no ambience, and it’s no wonder it’s empty.
No tea bags in room , and if they are to stay in business they need to provide a better service and experience.
It’s sad as I was going to choose a different hotel , although the restaurants nearby are fantastic.
