The hotel is new, clean but services are not good. The receptionist kept saying they are short of staff. They haven’t cleaned the rooms for three nights. The toilet was clogged, instead of fixing it they brought us a pump to drain it ourselves!

Room at amenities are amazing the only problem is that if you book a room for 5 people there’s only 2 queen beds rooms.

Very nice room and comfortable bed. Would have liked to have been able to get a coffee after the breakfast was closed. The day personnel were very nice and welcoming. The night staff not so much.

Our stay was just okay. Not horrible, but far from great. I asked for sheets for the pull out couch multiple times and they never arrived, multiple outlets didn’t work and same with some lights. Overall, unimpressed.
