We reserved and stayed in an ADA room with Roll-In shower. The room was fine. Beds/Pillows/Linens were okay. Everything seemed clean. Easy to get extra towels. The staff was wonderful.
As with all ADA rooms there are liberal interpretations of what is ADA versus common sense with ADA guidance. The transition between room and bathroom was too high for the wheeilchair user to navigate and needed robe pushed over it each time. The roll in shower was a dream until we realized the water didn’t drain in the drains and dispersed ALL over the bathroom, from wall to wall. This was from a less than 10 minute use. Good thing to was easy to get extra towels as the floor was extremely slippery once damp.
