All the staff I encountered during my stay were friendly and helpful. Great customer service is hard to come by. Well done everyone!

Love the fact that opposing teams use this hotel and it gives the guests a chance to meet them.

Everything was great, the only downside was that the onsite eating facility was closed from 10 am to 5 pm so the only option to obtain food was in the lobby's shop, which had a limited selection or finding somewhere nearby.

Really a beautiful spot, but what set it apart was the very friendly staff.

I wish hotels would tell us whether or not they are going to clean our rooms. We always want fresh towels and leave them on the floor. About half the time we stay in hotels (about 2-3 times a month), they have a “policy” of only cleaning every other day or not at all. Why can’t they tell us the policy when we check in? Or put a sign in the room or something? Why do we only find out when we get to our room late at night and discover all the towels still on the floor? Also Specific to this hotel… there are no restaurants near by but they have one in the hotel and a “full menu”. Sold out hotel with one (seemed to be VERY stoned or super mellow?) employee taking orders. No coffee cup lids. No fruit for yogurt parfaits. Expired yogurt, and very slow service.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Great customer service.
