Perfect!

Nice place. Love the bathroom sink lighting.

Rooms were clean and smelled good and the beds were comfortable.

People were nice and helpful. Room was clean.

My car broke down outside of Amarillo Tx. I had reservations at the Baymont Motel. I called to let them know, I will be arriving late to check in due to my situation. I was within twenty minutes of arriving to the motel. Rick and Jennifer were making a shift changed when I called. Rick immediately took charge to help me. Jennifer volunteered to come and pick my family up with all our luggage and took them back to the motel. While the tow truck took care of my vehicle and the u haul trailer I was pulling. Both Rick and Jennifer kept reassuring us everything was going to be okay and they will help take care of us. It was incredible to see people care about people in this day and age. Rick took so much pressure off of me and helped me arrange uber and other arrangements I had to make. Rick was true to his word. He made an extremely stressful situation easier on me and my family. They both are great representatives of Baymont by Wyndham Amarillo East.

We had a two bed room. Enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were friendly. Location was convenient for shopping and dining. We will be staying here again.

Floor very sticky. Room clean though. Little scary to have notice on entry door saying door mechanism broke. Especially for single women 2nd door from entry and "V" door stopper above door handle rusted and bent. Towel bars in bathroom would have been nice. Older hotel showing age a little.
