I enjoyed the hotel and the people running it. All the employees at the hotel are very pleasant.
Fun and accommodating.
Hotel staff was fast and helpful. Easy check in and check out. Pool was easy to access and staff provided towels as needed.

It seemed they were cutting corners on staff, and the cleanliness was suffering. My sheets were dirty. They gladly changed them, but that put me on edge for the rest of the stay.

Our room was not very clean. The cqrpet had visible white paper or tissue and black unknown material or something on the carpet, showing it had not been vacuumed. The bed had long black hairs in it. The carpet was old and stained. The transition from floor to carpet had grime/dirt buildup. The headboard had visible grease marks on it. The chairs had visible stains.
The staff members were kind.
