Clean and quiet.
Paid for king room but got double queen.
Manager, David Hurley, refused to deal with and find an equitable solution.
Dirty room, cold hot tub, lazy front desk.
Reported cold hot tub to the front desk at 6:30am. Front desk worker glanced up from her personal cell phone and said “well it shouldn’t be” and looked back down at her phone.
The room was nice, staff was very friendly and helpful. May 21, 2024.
Excellent overnight stay. Room was very clean and exceeded expectations. Thank You!

The shower drained slowly would fill up during the shower to my ankles, yuck. The shower head did not adjust. And was just at a wide spray, which is not how I like it. The pool and Jacuzzi were awesome. Loved It loved the pool room. Great temperature enjoyed that part of this day. There were no cups in the room. No way to get a drink of water. Unless I stuck my head underneath the faucet like a dog. The New Girl at the desk was wonderful. She was understanding but I felt she couldn't do nothing about any of my issues, it just literally does.

The gentleman that checked us in was kind of a bit of a sour plus Tuesday night and when our cards didn't work on Wednesday night he was kind of a little bit of a sour puss then the man that checked us out this morning was very nice very kind
