I liked the old bones with modernized feel of the building. No elevator but the staircase was not an inconvenience for me personally. The staff were friendly enough I enjoyed my quiet one night get away

Stay was comfortable but property in desperate need of facelift as very worn down sofas, rugs with stuffy smell in whole hotel. AC works but no circulation in room. Staff is very friendly. Laundry works. Didnt go to breakfast.

They did not give us a room next to an emergency door and all the noise was loud with the doors slamming every time they came and went. And the door at the entrance to the room had light passing around the door and the sound. And the interior of the room looked like an abandoned room. I will not recommend this hotel.

Everything was ok with the exception of trying to cancel/ close a day earlier. Talked to front desk manager about leaving a day earlier and seeing if I could get the difference. Was told I couldn’t as I got a week deal. Which it’s odd as I got this through Expedia and Expedia gave me the price per day, did not give me any discount for a week and did not say anywhere that the price shown was for a week, it was showing per day. It is what it is, I took my loss but this was just weird.

The room was quite smelly. Carpet was way old hence dirty.
Very low water stream in washroom faucet. No soaps so i had to request.
There was no waffle maker in the first morning, it was there second morning though.
Housekeeping was good, I asked for extra pillow and sheet to use over sofa bed.
