Comfortable and very affordable stay
The staff here are great, friendly and accommodating. The facility is a bit aged but large rooms, more than sufficient for two people with microwaves and frig. As a lower priced hotel the towels are more limited and the furniture older but all quite functional. Not great with newest electronic outlets but plug ins all work. The location is quiet. Definitely need a car to get to places though restaurant next door that looks ok. We'll return for the comfort, convenience and price.
A good place to stay with a pet.
This Baymont was a good place to stay for one night of our vacation travel. They allow pets and the fee of $20.00 was reasonable. There was a comfortable room and bed and a nice breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
Good things, bad things.
First, the desk clerk (Colleta?)was wonderful—cheerful, helpful, funny. Really made us feel welcome. Other than that…the bathroom had a splash of what looked like soft drink on the wall by the wastebasket. There were long dark hairs on the floor when we arrived. There was no handsoap on the sink. The bedroom had cobwebs on the ceiling. The end of the dresser was sticky when I grabbed it to balance myself. Probably another soft drink.

This was by far the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The carpet in our room was so disgusting you couldn’t even see the pattern. Everything in the room was sticky with grime. Super outdated. Do better Wyndam.

The hotel was not clean. The floors were absolutely filthy, my room smelled like dogs, and one of the beds had dirty sheets. The shower was also disgusting.
I spoke with the staff and requested a refund because I did not feel the room was clean enough for myself and my two toddlers. Instead of offering another room or a refund, I was told they could spray the floors and put baking soda down. I explained that this would not solve the problem. They refused to refund me or provide any other accommodation.
Overall, I was very disappointed with both the cleanliness of the hotel and the lack of customer service.

Customer service, cost, and quality of the hotel is excellent. The hotel does need a lot of updating, but everything was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good.

Overall a really nice place. We had a slight issue with a dirty blanket but we called and they came and replaced the sheets within minutes. Great place to stay :)
