Good in heart but short on staff.
This place has a nice enough physical plant and an especially good location. The workers are good but there are not enough of them. The breakfast room was good, but it ran short of supplies and only one worker was there. Please hire more.
King Suite & Whirlpool!
A pleasant surprise. A King suite. I didn't expect a huge whirlpool. I really needed a hot bath. Nice!

Front desk is great, my room was 10/10, always clean. Only complaint would be the pool. Last year i stayed and the hot tub was hot and the pool was freezing, this year the pool was hot (which was nice) but the hot tub was freezing. Breakfast was also good!

The bathroom was dirty and there was hair all over in the shower. The curtains had food smeared all over them. The hot tub was freezing and the front desk said that the temperature was turned down and that he fixed it and to give it about 20 minutes to heat up. After an hour it was still.freezing cold. The pool was hot and was so dirty you couldn't see the bottom. We left and went home. Was not going to stay the night in that place. Total waste of time and money.

Poor management. This hotel is just run down. Tv didn’t work, hot tub didn’t work, pool was probably 90 degrees and had a broken ladder. Shower control knob wasn’t on properly. Breakfast very slim pickings. Juice machine wasn’t working, no hot water for tea and no gravy for biscuits. Nobody seems to care about this facility. That’s a management problem
