The room wasn’t clean when we arrived, the pool had dirt in it, we were told that we would be compensated but was never compensated. There was also no manager on duty when we were there and we were told that she would be back the next day to talk to and still no manager today as we checked out.

I was upset when I first checked in as we thought we had booked a hotel with a Hot tub to be told it was broken when I checked in. The Hotel staff knew I was upset and upgraded us to a jacuzzi suite. Very nice ending to an upsetting start.

Staff was good, but facility seemed outdated. Bathroom sink is open and seperate from tub and toilet which I do not prefer.

This hotel needs some serious care. The room we were put in first did not have the beds made. The sheets were stained with a brown substance. The front desk person was kind enough to move us right away. The second room was infested with ants and smelled like urine...I went to the front desk twice to advise of ants and was given a disinfectant and a towel.. i went to walmart for bug spray and lysol myself...we only stayed 3 nights and if I had a better option I would have checked out day one.

building is in disrepair. grounds outside and in are dirty. trash bins overflowing inside and out.
