This was the worst stay at a hotel with an excellent rating ever! It is Worn Out!! The mattress smelled, the room was stale smelling, and the towels had holes. Road noise is terrible, the air conditioner shut on and off all night, and the refrigerator was loud. They also have a sign in the room telling you what you will be charged if anything is missing when you leave...wow. We were tired and our payment was not refundable, so we stayed, but never will again.

It was a comfortable bed. Bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths showing age, stains threadbare. Also found black hair in sink & tub, i have gray hair. And I was putting toiletries out when i noticed them.

The front desk checkin technician was amazing…called my room after I got settled in to make sure everything was okay!
A little bummed that the pool was closed for the season… perhaps should be advertised as a seasonal pool so guests are not disappointed.
Breakfast was great…a nice variety of options.
Only real negative was that I could hear highway semi noise late into the night.
