Pros: Our room was clean. We had everything in it that we needed. Bed was comfortable. Easy access to outdoors from room. Convenient location especially to lake Michigan. Cons: Patio door was hard to open/close. Water never got hot, but was warm enough. Pool water was too cold. Unsupervised kids in pool area and we couldn't use the hot tub due to two teenagers making out in it. Overall, we still enjoyed our time away.

I would have gave them 5 stars but they are remodeling. The pool and the hot tub was not available. I wish I would have known that before I booked them.

I don't normally give reviews but this was bad.There were no towels in pool area, boarded up windows in pool area, no conditioner in the shower, and half the breakfast food was gone at 9am. There was a shopping cart in the lawn and trash in the parking lot.

We stayed for a weekend. The hotel appears to have some upgrades since our last visit which was nice. The pool & hot tub are a wonderful relaxing amenity. We brought our dog & our room had a sliding glass door so we could take him out to the grass. That was nice, aside from the people who did not clean up after their dog. My only complaint is it was quite noisy. But for the price Id definitely stay again.
