First room had been smoked in no towels in second room.
Samara really helped us out otherwise I would have left gave us a different room and towels.
Room(s) need major updates.
The first room we were given was so filled with smoke and pet dander that we had allergic reactions. All of the light fixtures were removed from the room. The room had carpet which seemed strange for a pet friendly room. The second room was a little better in that there was not a smoke scent and the flooring was appropriate for pets. The lights needed light bulbs. The tub did not drain and is in need of repair. There were stains on the bedding. The lines were blackish not white. The pool was disgusting. The employees were friendly.
Polite customer service.
Enjoyed the daily list of hotels for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Very thoughtful for an out of towner. Continental Breakfast delicious.

Most of the current plug doesn't work. Bathroom doors doesn't work properly . All washer dryer out of service .you can hear sound all night , even if peoples are walkingabive your room .Toilet base is loosely coupled.

Nonsmoking room smelled real strong of smoke. Also the bedspread had a cigarette burn in it. It was noisy all night. A lady was yelling at 2:30 am. Breakfast was good.

My stay was uncomfortable. Roaches greeted me at the door. While I was sleeping, another guest tried to enter my room. The shower drain was horrible. I showered and the water was stopped up in the bathtub. My room wreaked with smoke after I asked for a non- smoking room. The linen had rings of something that dried on them. So, you can say, my stay was horrible.
