Desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet.

Had a lovely time there, they were very accommodating and I highly recommend the facility.

Rooms were nicely furnished, adequate parking, hotel staff very helpful. Minor tenant above us creating excessive noise which was taken care of quickly by staff.

First and foremost - the hotel does NOT have an elevator. If you can't take the stairs for any reason, you are out of luck. It's the first floor or nothing. I was very surprised at this. We got lucky that there were rooms available on the first floor. Maintenance is very clearly optional here. The rooms are passable, but there is no ventilation, so the room runs hot and cold when the AC is on or not. The bathroom is woefully small and there is no ventilation, so you should bring some deodorizer just in case. We must have stayed in a pet friendly room because there was paint scratched off the doors of the bathroom and main room entry. The beds were fairly comfortable, but the pillows were small. The light blocking curtains are only for show. They do not close. We had to buy clothes pins and pin them together to block out light. It wasn't too bad where we were in the back, but the front facing portion of the building, it would be MUCH worse in the early morning sun. The "free breakfast" was literally barely passable, with cereal, coffee, pre-portioned sliced bread in a sandwich bag (which I thought was useful, yet tacky), a scant supply of fresh fruit, hardboiled eggs, and a pittance of yogurt. There is a waffle maker, which is nice, but we have food allergies. The only thing we could eat was the yogurt and fruit. No thought went in to customers with allergies, that much is clear. And no, there was no meat product - bacon, sausage, nothing - available at all. Disappointing!

Great folks that work there. BUT MY ROOM GROSSED ME OUT. DIRTY DUSTY. I slept in my sleeping bag in to of the bedding. Mattress had a huge slope to the middle on both sides of bed Great breakfast. Convenient location. But really ruin down nasty The night desk person was Fabulous

We stayed here for one night specifically to visit The Wilds. The room was very clean and affordable, and the simple breakfast provided solved our morning meal dilemma.

Dirty, outdated, broken… Only positive: proximity to Downtown

Air vents need updating. They look dirty and they are noisy. There should be a fan option to circulate air with heat and A/C off. No shelf in shower for soap/shampoo. (I was placed in a handicap room, but I'm not handicap). Walls are thin and I could hear snoring next door. Staff very friendly. Room overall clean, but I could smell old smoke.
