Everything was run down and dirty. I have stayed here before and it wasn’t perfect but now it’s gotten worse. The smell in the entire hotel is awful. My room was so dirty and it was never cleaned. Medication from last person was left on the night stand. The carpets were not vacuumed but they were dirty. Stained and smelled. The bathroom was dirty and smelled as well. The floor was sticky and the tub was dirty. The desk chair in the room was broken. The lounge chair in the room was stained and very dirty.

Nobody at the desk when i came to check in wait for awhile then in my way out already outside finally someone came, breakfast lousy,no coffe ,no orange juice,got to go to front desk to look for someone (lack of personal?) I believe this property really need a huge renovation, weird smell in the hallway specially in the second floor,the room has a strong draft of cold air..and rusted ceiling bathroom area,slow flush toilet ,thought was going to clog.not really happy, i wouldn't stay again in that property..

The staff I interacted with were very nice. Housekeeping staff did not speak English, so that was hard. The bedding was clean, as was the bathroom. The heater had some issues apparently as the cover was held close with scotch tape. Also found clothing from previous visitors in the drawer unit.

Check out is 11 am. The staff should not be knocking on the door prior to check out. This is rude. Second time it’s happened there.
