Hotel was dirty and run down. We booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was dirty, broken and unusable. 3 kids had to sleep in one queen bed.

The floor in our room which was not carpet was dirty. It turned the soles of our socks black. The seal on the door was bad and allowed bugs to crawl in. Breakfast was waffles or cereal. We will try to not stay in another Quality Inn, but the price was very reasonable.

The room was disgusting. The top blanket had what looked like oil stains on them. The room smelled as though they were trying to cover up cigarettes. The floor had not been swept. There were spots on the floor ofstuff dried.

Staff was more interested in their phones and personal conversations at both check in and check out. When new people come into your business attention should be on them not conversations and gossip with other staff members.
