First the outside garage container was full to over flowing. There was only one check in person and we waited over 20 minutes and then he had to answer the phone as well. The room was disappointing. Carpet was as dirty and had holes. Window could not be opened very easily. Furniture was dirty. At breakfast there were dogs in the food area. I am allergic to dogs so had to leave the area. Overall we will not be returning. Want a wonderful hotel try the Super 8 in Custer. Excellent.

Room was big, suite type. Bed was comfortable and nice soft pillows. Wished the ac was cooler, room was warm. Over very happy with the room.

Great hotel staff excellent +++ rooms clean bartender so awesome! We walked in on the 2nd night she already knew what we were drinking from the night before! Only gave it 4 stars because it's in Sturgis! We were totally disappointed in that town, everything was closed, found a biker bar open literally we were the only people in the restaurant, not a thriving town unless its rally time, but hotel itself is great!
