Pleasantly Surprised
My king bed suite has a sauna size tiled bath tub. Even though the spa tubs water jets no longer functional it was a comfortable space to stretch out my tired legs in warm water. The suite has a wall A/C that works very efficiently but it very noisy and the air vents are in need of a cleaning. Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious for two. Hotel next to Keystone Main Street shops and eateries; very close to Mt Rushmore. Breakfast was good. Check in was above average. All in all pleased with our stay.

Love staying here. I stayed here when I brought my kids and again when I brought my dad And sister. It is so close to Mt Rushmore, ships and restaurants and you can walk from the motel. Beautiful views each time I had a room where I could see My Rushmore. The staff is awesome! Room was clean, breakfast good and plenty, staff very friendly and helpful!

Disappointed
This room was extremely small counter very low rust in shower. For the price ..not worth it. I would have expected to actually see the monument not just the trees. Disappointing.

Handicap parking NOT accessible. Slanted area.
Slanted entrance was not safe. My husband is whee dependent.Changed rooms. TV in room not plugged in and hard to access. Remote control not working correctly. Was repaired quickly. On Monday, the breakfast workers stated they had run out of milk and sausages. Rooms clean. Employees very friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable and not too high.
