Marijuana smell throughout the halls.
I am not a person who normally complains but the room smelled, the bathroom shower was full of hair from all parts of the body and it smelled like urine in the shower. The carpets were sticky and gross. Kids running in the hallway throughout the night. The last but not least, the fire alarm going off at 3:30am on my last night of stay and it went on for like 20 minutes until someone finally shutting it off. Apparently, the front desk didn't even knew about it. Also, the breakfast was nothing spectacular, it was more like a mediocre continental breakfast. Luckily, Comfort Suites had the hot breakfast and I was able to go there to eat. Never again will I stay at Baymont by Wyndham. So disappointed.

The room was disgusting , dirty fridge with dead fly inside, the carpet was disgusting dirty and not cleaned or vacuumed. The room had a overwhelming cigarette smell. People were walking around and looked like substance abuse users. The shower was moldy, the tv chair was peeling, the tv didn't work, the bed had no mattress cover on it. The comfoter was dusty, the phone was even dirty. I was very disappointed and disgusted

The room looked like a dog was trying to break put of it. The remote was missing and a lamp missing. The staff was amazing and helped us move rooms, but the hotel quality was not okay. Also got stuck in the elevator

The elevator was out of service, I had no towels in our room the curtain rod was broke, the breakfast was blah. Either way I give up on staying in the area due to the neglect of the hotels.

The hallway was filled with the smell of someone smoking in one of the rooms. The beds were not clean and had bed bugs. The carpets were dirty and the facility was very run down. Overall, we did not end up staying there and filed a refund request and ended up making another reservation through hotels.com in Holiday Inn Express nearby. This hotel should be removed from hotels.com. The reviews online are horrible and did not see them prior to making the reservation. This hotel can also be a health risk for many.

Waited 10 minutes to check in. Was told by front desk staff's supervisor, "She's busy doing something for me. Will check you in when she's done."
