We were charged a fee to check in early, even though the room was ready. We found the room to have a torn couch, missing light fixtures, and a cracked mirror. I asked for and was given a new room, which was acceptable. The room was not short people friendly. I'm about 4'11". I had to use the covers to pull myself up on the bed. And taking a shower was nearly impossible. There was no tub, only a small box shower. The shower head was set about 7 1/2'up. The spray went directly to the wall and was not adjustable. If I got in the water, it was right in my face making it very hard to shower. The staff were all very nice and accommodating.

It didn’t have no hot water and no help from the staff and the breakfast was nasty and the juice was hot and know staff to help I would never stay there again with my family and they be stealing out your room when you be gone because I had some stuff was stolen from me when we was gone you better think twice before you book it I promise you, you will regret it

Expedia did not send the hotel booking information. It was booked and paid for at 730 AM and when guest got there at 630 pm after driving 12 hours the hotel did not have his reservation. We had to call Expedia to sort out. Was a hassle
