The Representative at the front desk was excellent making me understand and comfortable. She is extremely important for this hotel. She is a multi task person. I know she is an asset to the Baymont Chain. The room is comfortable and clean. The only changes replace the dark colors in the room with more light colors. Juanita Jo Fitch.

Entrance had water leaking straight on me , price was not what was negotiated on line. Ice machine on 2nd floor didn’t work . The day shift personnel were pricks!

Staff was nice, we had to switch rooms because our first room smelled awful. The bathrooms were tiny and not lit well,but it was ok for an overnight stay

It is very much needed of a update. Shower curtain was almost down, the shades were unclean. No coffee pot in room and coffee in the kitchen was not very good at all. Microwave was from the '70s.
