Very friendly and courteous front desk staff.

Completely adequate for our needs.

It was a very odd experience all together. I called to make a reservation and initially the lady hung up on me instead of answering my question. I called back and finally made the reservation and then we got put in a disability room even though we are not disabled and that’s not the room I was told we would have. The bed made some of the weirdest noises even if you slightly moved and to top it all off, I got three emails and 6 texts before we checked out about our receipt being sent to us. Four of the texts were sent within a five minute span.

Comfortable Beds

Easy access off main highways when traveling. Good parking available. Check in was efficient. Staff was friendly. The room and furnishings were clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Clean and comfortable and staff very helpful

As a pet friendly hotel, it was great. Price of stay was good. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was not good, limited options, nothing was fresh. Room was clean and comfortable.

There was no one at 5:30-6pm to check in. There was a note to call and someone did answer but seems very odd. Once in the room, discovered the refrigerator was full of water, there was chinese food leftover from a previous guest, there was what looked like a blood stain by the door (they did reply saying it was polish), there was a stain on the bedroom sheets on one bed, the vent in the bathroom was rattling terrible. The cart to bring luggage to the room was not working properly, the wheels were not moving well at all. I did send them an email immediately after talking to my husband, however by the time I received it they were sleeping. They did respond and offer a new room, but in all honesty this is extremely concerning and disturbing. This hotel needs to evaluate rooms, ensure they are clean and well maintained for guests.

Room was clean, breakfast was ok hot food not refilled.
