Stayed 1 night didn't get to enjoy any attractions as we arrived shortly before 8pm and checkout is 11. Pool pass conveniently works when it opens again at 10am. No breakfast . Didn't get my deposit back

I didn't have a working telephone in my room, and I told them about it. No shower in the pool area, had to walk back to the room to shower, but had to leave towel there at pool. Hot tub didn't have jets, it was just warm water. Short breakfast hours. Only old oranges for fruit. No soap in the dispenser in the shower. But I was pleased that they had a Bible in the room.

The room was uncomfortably warm and couldn’t be adjusted to a more comfortable level. The morning breakfast was terrible. I wouldn’t stay there again……

I was very disappointed that there wasn’t packets of body lotion, the little goodie stuff that you get shampoo conditioner that kind of stuff the body lotion would really helped with the sunburn as I didn’t bring any along as I thought it was furnished

It was very busy this weekend so I understand staff having challenges, but when we arrived no one was available to check us in at 7pm so not super late and calling 0 like the sign said rang and rang and rang until we gave up. The room smelled like smoke, but was otherwise not bad. The bathroom appears to have had some water damage but they just painted over so the wall looks like it might be decaying. The lights in the pool area did not work, it looked like potentially a breaker was blown but no one seemed to notice. The breakfast area needs revamping. It is far too small for the number of tables and chairs they crammed into it and the layout needs improvement. Plates, cutlery, etc should not be in the middle of the flow and should be placed at either end. The waffle maker timer didn’t work and so waffles were either uncooked or overcooked. The bagels were frozen or wet and sticky. Due to the design layout of the space people getting food were basically on top of people trying to eat. Also, there was not enough parking to accommodate the volume of guests. There was a decent amount of hot water for the shower though the controls were either frigid or too hot. Not a lot of in between. Overall, I’m not upset because it wasn’t terribly priced but I’ve stayed at other more economical hotels with less challenges amenity wise. I think additional staffing could notice some of these problems.
