Comfortable room, and clean.It was very quiet. It isn’t too close to the highway so we didn’t hear any traffic.

Pool was closed for maintenance. We didn’t need a room key because the door didn’t close. Had to use the deadbolt and hinge lock.

Breakfast was good, staff was very helpful and friendly, room was clean. Property had some signs of wear that needs updating. Pool was closed during my stay for Maintence. Location was good - about 20 min commute to Knoxville

The pool was down. One reason I choose this hotel. Very disappointing. Then the a/c was broken so had to move to another room after driving 5 hours to get there. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable though.

I got there and no one was at the front desk and through my stay they're was no one at the desk they were outside with the weirdos. I think this hotel is a homeless shelter. It's states on their website, they have an indoor pool and it's used for storage or something. I will never stay here or recommend anyone to stay here

The room was overall disgusting. Had an awful smell and while i would sleep my eyes would itch and has horrible headaches just from the musty feeling in the room. There was mold on the floor of the bathroom and the shower and shower curtains were disgusting. When i tried to shower the pipes rattled and shook the entire room and was terribly scary. The bedsheets and all of the towels were extremely stained and the sheets barely looked clean.
I needed a cheap place to stay and it is in a convenient location and all of the staff was so friendly and sweet and as a female traveling alone i felt very safe. I spent little time in the room other than sleeping, but it was disgusting and awful.

We found the door open upon arrival. Then we learned that the door lock didn’t work unless you had the deadbolt on. So that meant my husband or I had to stay in the room with the deadbolt on to protect our belongings. There were no other rooms as the front desk had already said they were over booked. The room wasnt properly cleaned. Good thing, bed linens looked clean. Sad that a Wyndham brand hotel was in this poor condition. They surely didn't charge me a discounted price.
