Very comfy and easy access
Was there for the Midland Comic Con. Easy in and out to downtown and all thr local amenities. Beds were very comfy. Rooms were well maintained and clean, the staff.
New Years tradition
3rd year in a row that we came here for New Year's eve so kids could swim. Staff very nice.
Cozy and welcoming
This was our 2nd stay and we chose the Midland Baymont because of house welcoming and friendly the staff was! The rooms were clean and comfortable. But their lobby area was so cozy. It made you want to come in and sit right down. The TV was on, the decorations were beautiful and they had fresh popcorn, sometimes Carmel corn, popping nearby. It is obvious that they care about people and want you to feel welcomed. I travel a lot and this is the exception not the rule.

Happy with our stay.
We were upgraded to a king so didn't have so far to walk. Room was clean. I like the water and ice tea and popcorn available. Breakfast was good. Overall would stay here again.

Loud
The staff at the Baymont are very nice. The street and highway noise however, is so loud it is difficult to get to sleep and stay asleep. If you are visiting someone at the hospital, be sure to call to get your reservation so you will receive the discount.
Overall dark colors and sticky carpet. Just okay brkfst.
I would not choose to stay @ Midland baymont hotel again. Carpet needed a thorough cleaning or replacement. The highway noise was unrestful.
Was nice, rooms clean and desk staff very nice.
Only problem was reaching the desk directly to book.

Just needs taller toilets for people with bad knees or bad backs!
