Staff was not helpful when I had to complain at 12 at night about the excessive stomping above us. The shower leaked like crazy out of the side of the shower head soaking the extremely slippery tile floor in the bathroom, like to the point we're my kid slipped and bonked his head and I myself almost slipped too. The beds were meh, and the sheets smelled musty. And we came back to the room at night and it smelled like a sewer and we hadn't even used the room yet. Cool in a pinch I guess but I wouldn't stay again.

It was a good stay but the only issue was a water leak from the bathroom sink in room 313. The front desk staff was great. I forget the young lady at front desk name on my check out is a 10 out of 10 i had a cash deposit that had some issue's but she found my deposit. Overall my stay was 4.25/5. That's my stay in a nutshell 💯

Room was dirty. House keeper only made the bed. Microwave Was dirty. Dust and hand marks all. The worst thing the room smelled like they had smoked a carton of cigarettes . Advice the front desk and nothing was done . Came home had to see a doctor.

There wasn't a thing I liked about it. First day we got there the receptionist could hardly speak English and it was very difficult to talk to her or ask anything. I had asked for a first floor and there wasn't any available. Had to go to the second floor and my Sister on the first. Breakfast was terrible. The toaster and waffle machine were not working. My Sister's room spelled of cigarette and the bathroom was filthy. Tried to communicate it to the receptionist, but she didn't understand. Finally the lady that does the washing heard my Sister and told her she would clean it. We have been going there every year about 2 to three times. New owners. Don't expect to go there again.

I checked in late and there were trash in the room and bathroom of course from the previous guest and was pack of used condoms.
The restroom was old and made it looked dirty
Breakfast was horrible, same thing served for 3 days and was salty.
The smell of the whole place was not it!

Hot tub could have been cleaner, and the breakfast bar even though we got down there at 8:30 it still could have been kept up for there were more people coming after we got there. But the rooms were clean, the staff was nice and the grounds were kept up.

Staff was extremely polite and healthful despite not having any water fountains or water coolers available on the premises hence the four-star review everything else was okay.
It also sucked that they didn't have in-room hot tubs like they promoted online
