The heater in my room did not work and rather than moving me to a room with heat I was given a small space heater that only warmed half the bed. I had to move it each morning to in front of the bathroom door in order to warm the floor before showering. There was often trash in the hallway and the receptacle outside the back door was full and overflowing for two days.

Building was dirty, Hallway carpet was stained and lumpy all down the hall. My bedroom had a broken bed, stained wall and stained furniture. Luckily the weather was mild so I did not need the heat but it did not work and there was a portable heater plugged in the room. Sheets were dirty and there was no way I was taking a shower in the bathroom.

There were no blankets on the beds. The air was on when we walked into the room, which it was cold outside, so was uncomfortable. The was a messy suspicious mess on the wall behind the toilet. There was black mold in the bathroom. The stay was not the greatest. We put the do not disturb sign on the door, housekeeping still knocked on the door waking us up. There were no bath towels, and when asked for towles we were given pool towels.

Rooms not cleaned for 3 days, missing hair dryer and iron, dirty/worn carpet, holes/marks on walls, trash/debris on property. Worst hotel ever. Windham should pull license.

No TP, had to ask front desk. Heater had no temp regulation. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy. Gravy was as out of a can. Biscuits were hard. Did have waffles which were good. Room need repairs and an upgrade.
