Old with an unusual smell. Room doesn’t have a chair for the desk . The bed is on some springs and everything you get on the bed it squeaks.

We always stay at this La Quinta when we need a place to crash in Memphis. The hotel is well-maintained, and we love their gated/secure parking. The staff are always welcoming and friendly, too. Highly recommend if you're in the area.
