Poor Mopping
Filthy floors. I never heard a vacuum in the hallway. Nor did I ever see anyone mop the floors Definitely needs to Vacuum and scrub mop the floors. Even the elevator floors were filthy. I did not like that the exit / entrance doors were not always closed behind people.
My room was clean and comfortable.
The parking lot and areas near the ground floor rooms need to be cleaned. The breakfast was very poor. They need a new efficient toaster, higher quality food and fresh pastries and breads. Luckily, they had sealed yogurt.
The hotel was nice, rooms were clean. Rooms need some upgrades.
The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. The buffet in the morning was very good and the dining area was very clean. I would mostly use this hotel if I come back next year.

Front desk personnel were professional and congenial. Other staff were standoffish; several were so poorly dressed and unkept they appeared homeless. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable except for the traffic noise and poorly maintained windows. Breakfast was good.

The staff here is amazing. Super friendly and helpful! PLEASE SWAP OUT the small data boxes for the newer x boxes so we can access the channels or CUT THE CORD and cancel cable and get smart TV’s so guests can cast to the tv from our phones
