I'd definitely consider staying with Hampton Inn, Agoura Hills, CA in the future.

Only here for a night, but a great comfortable stay! Had we more time, we would have loved to utilize all the facilities offered.

For two nights stay, noticed that no housekeeping service nor fresh towels were provided after returned to the hotel onthe second night. Complained to front desk, they looked for excuses by saying daily cleaning will only be provided per request.

I liked everything about this property! From parking to checking out, everything I saw looked new and functioned properly. Hotel staff was friendly and efficient. Here I found everything I needed and expected, which is rare these days.

Looks are very deceiving, booked this hotel because it had a jacuzzi. Jacuzzi was broken,air conditioner was not working properly. It would only work if it was on coldest setting then the room was too cold. Window would only open 4 inches so I had to call to see if they had a fan the lady that answered spoke little English and said she would look for a fan and call me back. I waited for a call which I never got instead I got a loud knock on the door at1:20am with a brokendown fan that was a noisy fire hazard. So I got NO SLEEP! I'm disabled and I needed the jacuzzi that's why I booked this hotel plus the air conditioner not working properly was also an issue with my disabilities. This hotel was not ADA compliant or at least this room wasn't. Very disappointing, especially disappointing having the Hilton name attached to it.I expected better from a Hilton hotel. I was absolutely worthless in my business class the next morning because I got NO SLEEP!

Nice and clean hotel. Complimentary breakfast in the morning is always a plus.
